Career1975-1980: Worked his way up in SIU “Sibtsvetmetavtomatika” from engineer to Head of specialized department of assembly and adjusting control.
1980: Assigned to Director of operations, technology services and maintenance of automobiles, Krasnoyarsk region specialized automobile service center “AvtoVAZ maintenance” (under construction), production association “AvtoVAZ”.
1985: Assigned by PR Department of the Ministry of Automotive Industry (USSR) to Director of newly-formed Krasnoyarsk Areal center of manufacturing firm “AvtoVAZzapchast”, production association “AvtoVAZ”. Was involved in construction, organization, creation of a commodity distribution network for servicing Siberia and Far East regions; headed the construction of production firm “AvtoVAZzapchast” (Krasnoyarsk), one of the 7 largest sectoral technological complexes in the USSR. First suggested and contributed to the organization of production of passenger car spare parts at industrial plants in Siberia region. 1989: established the first in Krasnoyarsk manufactures’ stores for retail sale of automobile spare parts and accessories, as well as service centers.
From 1987 actively participates in foreign economic activities of Krasnoyarsk Territory; in 1994 established the first in Krasnoyarsk manufactures’ automobile sales centre of foreign carmaker.
1993: due to the new terms of economic management and expansion of business the Areal center was reorganized into automotive production and business association “Trading House “Eniseyskiy”; Mr. Tishchenko is elected as President of Association (until now).
